All the products we send are accompanied by an authenticity card and a seal certifying and ensuring the quality and authenticity of the product. Before arriving in your hands, they are checked by our experts to ensure their authenticity. All products come directly from our network of retail and professional partners in Europe. They have never been worn and are delivered to you in their original box with all accessories.

We explain everything: these products are released in limited quantities and are out of stock in shops and on traditional websites in a very short time.

Our mission: to give you access to these products, perfectly new and authentic, in complete security. To do this, we work in partnership with a network of retailers, individuals and professionals in Europe to get you these products, even after they have been released.

When the products arrive at our premises, they pass through the hands of our experts who ensure their authenticity. Each product is carefully examined: the labels, the seams, the accessories, the packaging, the smell. Every element is scrutinised to guarantee the authenticity of the product you receive.

Our team is dedicated to checking and authenticating each product before it is sent. After passing our inspection and authentication process, your product is returned to its original packaging and we add a seal to your product before returning it to its original packaging and inserting an authenticity card signed by the team member who carried out the inspection, as a guarantee.

All the products we ship are brand new. We inspect each item before we send it, not only to ensure its authenticity, but also to guarantee that it is brand new, never worn and never tried on. 

They come with the original box and the original packaging (extra laces, other accessories...).

We only authenticate products for shipment to our customers. We do not carry out authentication on request. Finally, all products ordered on Wethenew are authenticated before being shipped to you. 

Sell your products to Wethenew

Visit Le Seller Space, at sell.wethenew.com. Create an account or log in. In order to sell, you must enter your personal information, at least one address and a payment method.

To put one or more products up for sale, you need to list the products you have and want to sell to us.

Once your products are listed, you can consult our offers and confirm your sales in real time from the "Offers" tab on Le Seller Space. Furthermore, if your product interests us, you will also receive an email notification to inform you.

To finalise the sale, you must be the first to accept the offer and then confirm the terms and conditions at Le Seller Space. This action guarantees that you accept the offer and that you have the product available to ship to us or to the Annex within 2 working days. If you have been quick enough, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the sale with the necessary documents and information. You can find all accepted offers in the "Sales" tab.

Otherwise, you have the possibility to refuse an offer that we send you, and to inform us of the reason for your refusal: if your product is no longer available or if the proposed price does not suit you."

L'Annexe, our depot in the heart of Paris, is a place exclusively dedicated to our partner retailers in order to deposit their products sold on Wethenew. No product ordered on our website can be picked up or returned to L'Annexe.

Our purchase price depends on the model, its size and its current market value


We only buy new products. Our team ensures that all products received are free of wear and tear and have no defects.

We only exchange products that have been ordered on Wethenew.
You can ask to exchange your order within 14 calendar days of receipt. To do this, we invite you to visit our returns portal (accessible right here) and make sure you respect the conditions for returns and exchanges.

Exchanges and Returns

You can request a change or cancellation of an order by contacting our customer service. 

Please have your 6-digit order number preceded by a hashtag, which you can find in your order confirmation email, and then contact us by email at [email protected].

If you change an order and the price changes, you will be asked to pay the difference. Conversely, we will refund any overpayment.

You can ask to exchange your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it. To do so, we invite you to visit our returns portal (accessible right here) and make sure you respect the conditions for returns and exchanges.

We will exchange your order provided that the product has not been worn and is returned in its original packaging and with all its accessories. The seal must not be removed.

Following your request on our returns portal, you will receive by e-mail your stamped return slip as well as a return slip to put in your parcel.

Once the return has been received and processed, our customer service department will send you a credit note by e-mail for the value of the original order (excluding shipping costs), to be used within 12 months of receipt.

Exchanges are free of charge for orders shipped within France and Germany. For orders shipped to other countries, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Note: Returns and exchanges are not accepted on the Cleaning Kit and socks.

You can return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt. To do so, please visit our returns portal (available right here) and make sure you respect the return conditions.

We will refund your order provided that the product has not been worn and is returned in its original packaging and with all accessories. The seal must not be removed.

Following your return request, you will receive by e-mail your stamped return slip as well as a return form to be slipped into your parcel.

Once the return has been received and processed, the refund will be made within 24 to 48 hours using the same method of payment used for the original order.

Returns are free of charge for orders shipped within France and Germany. For orders shipped to other countries, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you wish to cancel your order placed by Alma, you must send your request by e-mail to [email protected]. We will refund the monthly payments already made (including fees) and cancel subsequent payments.

If you wish to modify or exchange your order placed by ALMA, you must send your request by e-mail to [email protected] 

If you exchange or change to a product with a lower price than the original product, we will refund the difference by deducting it from the last monthly payment. In the opposite case, we will send you a payment link allowing you to pay the difference in one go, by credit card.

If you have received a defective product or one that is different from the one you ordered, do not make a return request via the returns portal. We invite you to contact our customer service directly at the following email address : [email protected].

Our team will tell you how to return the product you received.

Once received in our premises, the products sent by our partner retailers are checked by our team before being sent to you. If the product perfectly meets our requirements, we add a Wethenew seal.

We add one seal per product: if the product is a pair of sneakers, there will be one seal on one foot.

This seal ensures that the product has been checked and sent by our team.
In case of a return, it also ensures that the product is the one we sent you. You should not remove the seal until you are absolutely sure that you are not returning the product, otherwise your return request will be refused.

Prices and discounts

The products we offer are released in more or less limited quantities. They are therefore out of stock in shops and on traditional websites within a short time. 

Our mission is to give you access to these products, new and authentic, in complete security. We work in partnership with a network of reseller partners in Europe to obtain and offer you the majority of limited products, even the most recent ones. 

The price of a product depends on the model, its size and its current market value. The market value of a product depends on the quantity produced and the demand. For each model and size, we receive sales proposals from our network of dealers that allow us to set the price of a product. Our mission is to put these retailers in competition with each other to offer the fairest possible prices. As the prices charged by our resellers can fluctuate according to the supply and demand of a product, our prices can also vary, in one direction or another.

The price indicated on the product page of the site is its final price. There are no additional costs to add at the time of payment: from authentication to delivery in Metropolitan France, there are no hidden costs.

If a product is displayed as "Currently unavailable" it is because it is now very difficult to find it among our network of private and professional resellers. Therefore, it is not possible to determine the price or a precise return date.

If a product has caught your attention and is not available, you can register via the "Receive notification" button on the product page to be informed by e-mail as soon as it is back on the site, and thus have access to the available sizes and their prices.

Sizing Guide

The products sold on Wethenew are mostly unisex.

In general, we invite you to always refer to your European size which does not change from one model to another. A size guide is available for all our products to help you avoid any confusion. 

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our team on the chat by clicking at the bottom right of each page.

The sizes available on our site depend on the models. Some sizes may not appear in the drop-down menu, this means that we are not able to obtain this size for this model because it does not exist or because it has become impossible to find it due to its rarity.

If the size is shown as " currently unavailable ", this means that we are temporarily unable to source this size for this model. You can sign up via the"Receive Notification" button on the product page to be notified by email as soon as it becomes available again on the site.

To find out your usual size, refer to your Nike size. Please note that luxury brand shoes generally run large.

A size guide is available on each product to help you. If you have any doubts, don't hesitate to write to us in our chat room at the bottom right of the site.

Unlike the other models, the Yeezy Boost 350 V2, Yeezy Boost 700 and 700 V2 run slightly small. So remember to take half a size larger than your usual shoe size.

The Yeezy Boos700 V3, the Yeezy 380 and the Yeezy Slide fit much smaller. We advise you to take at least one size larger than your usual size. 

The Yeezy 500s fit normally, you can take your usual size.

Example: for a Yeezy Boost 350 V2, Yeezy Boost 700 or 700 V2, take a 44 2/3 if you are a 44 in general. If you are a size 43 we advise you to take a 44.

The Air Jordan fits normally. We recommend that you take your usual size.

In general, Nike Air Force 1 shoes run large. We advise you to take a half size smaller than your usual size. 

Example: for a Air Force 1For example: for a size 10, take a size 42.5 if you are a size 10.

Payment options

In France we accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex or debit card for foreign payments), Apple Pay and payment via PayPal. 

It is also possible to choose the option of payment in 2, 3 or 4 times for an order of 100€ minimum. Simply select the Alma - Payment in 2, 3 or 4 times option to pay for your purchase and spread the payment over 2, 3 or 4 months in a secure manner. Your order is taken into account and processed within our usual timeframe of 7 working days on average (excluding weekends and public holidays). This option involves a fee of 2.25% of the total order.

In Belgium we accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), debit card, Apple Pay, Paypal, Bancontact, Klarna (pay later) and Alma.

In the Netherlands we accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), debit card, Apple Pay, Paypal, iDeal, Klarna (pay later).

In Spain & Italy we accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), debit card, Apple Pay, Paypal, and Sofort.

For Italy, it is also possible to choose the option of payment in 3 times without fees for an order of 100€ minimum. Simply select the Scalapay - Payment in 3 instalments without charges option to pay your purchase and spread the payment over 3 months in a secure way. Your order is taken into account and processed within our usual timeframe of 7 working days on average (excluding weekends and public holidays).

In Germany we accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), debit card, Apple Pay, Paypal, Giropay, Sofort, Klarna (pay later & Slice it).

To benefit from the option of payment in 2, 3 or 4 times, the total amount of your order must be at least 100€. Simply select the Alma - Payment in 2, 3 or 4 times option to pay for your purchase and spread the payment over 4 months in a secure manner. Your order is taken into account and processed within our usual timeframe of 7 working days on average (excluding weekends and public holidays). This option involves a fee of 2.25% of the total order. Please note that payment in 4 instalments only works for French, Belgian and non-prepaid cards.

Alma may ask you for information and documents such as proof of income or identification to ensure that you are able to pay in instalments.
